Ori floor lamp was inspired by the art of origami. In Japanese, “ori” means folding, a concept that defines both the lamp’s form and construction. The design explores how a single flat sheet of metal can be transformed into a three-dimensional lighting object through precise folding. Made from one continuous sheet, Ori eliminates the need for welding while creating a clean, seamless structure. Its industrial materiality is softened by the sculptural curve at the top, where the body naturally transitions into the lampshade. The result is a minimal yet expressive object that balances material efficiency, structural clarity, and quiet elegance.
